Mr. Mario makes the best coffee that I have ever had, and Mrs. Maria is an absolutely amazing baker. Mebane Espress is the best thing to happen to Mebane since Soccer!

When I moved to Mebane last summer, I thought to myself, "You know what this little town is missing? A coffee shop." Then Mario and Maria saved the day by opening Mebane Espress. I call this place "My home away from home." However, I don't just come here for the delicious coffee and yummy fresh baked goods, I come because Mario and Maria are warm and welcoming. You couldn't meet better people. I am always in a better mood when I stop by Mebane Espress. So stop by. Mario and Maria will brighten your day!

Mario and Maria have brought a little bit of Italy right to the middle of North Carolina complete with Maria's homemade baked treats made from her Italian family recipes.
If you haven't experienced a coffee from Mebane Espress then you don't know what you are missing. Various beans from around the world are the highest quality and create some of the best coffee drinks you will ever taste in addition to authentic Gelato offers a nice twist to what you normally find to eat in local coffee shops.
Trust me, this is a place you will want to visit over and over again.

I have to agree with Drew. This is a fabulous place. Mario and Maria are an incredible couple who truly appreciate their customers and their craft. The coffee is the best, the baked goods heavenly. And Mario has the gelato made by a local chef! From time to time they have live music and also have special offerings for Valentines or Halloween--this is a place where you come to understand the good things in life: coffee, community and two thoughtful and incredibly talented owners.

Hello again! I enjoyed the Caramel-Vanilla Triple Espresso Latte that you made for me this evening and I enjoyed the conversation about the directory of downtown Mebane. I drove by the Mebane Museum and it's right where you told me it is at 210 Lee Street. I wouldn't have known the place was there if you hadn't mentioned it. Thanks again - I'll be back again soon.
